Greg believes custom development inflates budgets and creates solutions clients can’t maintain on their own. Fixed-fee projects start with a scoping call to confirm requirements, followed by a written proposal with a timeline and price. Once signed, work proceeds in phases: information architecture design, configuration in your SharePoint tenant, iterative review meetings, and training sessions. Greg delivers every phase personally; clients have a direct line throughout.

Content migration is not included in fixed-fee project packages. SharePoint Maven configures the structure – sites, libraries, navigation, permissions – and trains your team. Your team or a separate migration vendor moves the content. This keeps project pricing predictable and avoids the open-ended scope of legacy-content cleanup, which can run longer than the configuration itself.
